We are currently seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in Kingwood, TX, and help us continue providing exceptional care to our growing patient community.

Position Overview:

The Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and skilled provider who values preventive care, chronic disease management, and fostering long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a primary care setting.
  • Conduct routine wellness exams, preventive screenings, and vaccinations.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on maintaining optimal health.
  • Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best clinical practices.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Valid Texas medical license (or ability to obtain one prior to start date).
  • DEA certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
