At Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, our Internal Medicine Per Diem Physicians examine adult patients 18 and older to ensure proper care, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery of various medical conditions. They also request medically necessary tests, follow-up visits, and referrals to specialists.

Per Diem Internal Medicine physicians will see patients in office from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. They have the opportunity to work after hours and on weekends, and support virtual medicine. They are trained in Epic, manage their own in-baskets, and are supported by nursing and administrative staff. Physicians work on their selected days and shifts, with options for outpatient and inpatient work if desired.

They are not required to do after-hours hospital call and are compensated at a competitive hourly rate.

• See patients in an outpatient setting Monday-Friday from 8a - 5p, including new patients and corporate physicals.
• Participate in the Family Medicine Call single call group. On-Call is about once per month, either on a weekday or weekend. The weekend day is shared with another physician. Call involves answering patient calls from physicians in the group.
• Conduct annual physicals and wellness exams.
• Provide preventive medicine.

• Medical Degree (MD, DO)
• Graduate of an approved training program in the United States.
• Licensed or willing to be licensed in Texas.
• Board Certified and/or Board Eligible.
