Extant Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Leader to join our dynamic surgical team at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive trauma care leadership, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Trauma Program:

• 339-bed Acute Care Facility
• Level II Trauma Center
• ED Volume: 62K
• 1,300 trauma admissions per year
• 20% penetrating trauma
• Daily APP support

Trauma Surgeon Criteria:

• Board Certified Surgery with Trauma/Surgical Critical Care Fellowship required
• Experience with ACS guidelines & strong leadership skills
