Prepress Technician

A leading consulting firm in the Galleria area is seeking a Prepress Technician/Print File Specialist to join their growing team. Starting compensation $21-$24/hour depending on experience.

• 1-4 years' experience proofing digital images for print
• Solid understanding of print production workflows and prepress standards
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot technical errors quickly

• Prepare and format digital file uploads for print using industry‑standard software
• Identify and correct technical issues before files are released to production through collaboration with the Curriculum and Operations Team.
• Conduct final proof checks and ensure all revisions are implemented correctly.
• Collaborate with designers, account managers, and print vendors to clarify requirements and resolve file‑related issues.
• Maintain organized file structures, version control, and documentation.
• Ensure all files are delivered on schedule to meet production timelines.
