We are seeking a Lead Interior Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution, someone who can confidently guide projects from concept through installation while mentoring team members and delivering an exceptional client experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role within the design team, not a creative director position. You will lead projects, manage clients, and collaborate closely with architecture and construction partners while being supported by an experienced executive and operations team.

  Serve as the primary client partner, guiding scope, budget, and timelines with clarity while delivering a polished, high-touch experience.

  Provide clear direction and mentorship to Associate Designers, upholding high standards of quality, accountability, and collaboration.

  Partner closely with architects, builders, and vendors to ensure alignment, maintain design integrity, and support successful project delivery.

  You present to discerning clients with clarity and poise, make thoughtful decisions, and move projects forward with ownership and accountability.
• Technically Strong & Detail-Oriented:
  You bring depth in construction documentation and coordination, managing complexity with precision and discipline.
• Design-Forward Leader:
  You pair a strong design perspective with practical execution, thrive in a high-performance team environment, take pride in seeing projects fully realized, and are motivated by mentoring and elevating others.

• 6–10+ years of experience in high-end residential design, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects independently.
• Strong construction documentation expertise, including proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Proficiency in design-focused project management and procurement software, required, including experience with furnishings budgeting, specification tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
• This role requires a minimum of three full days per week working in our Frisco office, with occasional travel to project sites in Summit County, Vail, and Steamboat Springs.
