We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Digitizer to join our creative team. In this role, you will transform design concepts into precise embroidery files that meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your expertise will help bring our luxurious textile collections to life through intricate embroidery designs, ensuring each piece is uniquely tailored to our clients’ specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the artistry and excellence that define our brand.

• Convert design ideas into digital embroidery files using specialized software, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with production teams to interpret design specifications and technical requirements.
• Prepare embroidery files compatible with various embroidery machines
• Review and adjust digitized designs for optimal stitch quality, fabric compatibility, and durability.
• Maintain detailed records of design versions, revisions, and project progress.
• Troubleshoot issues related to embroidery files or machine compatibility during production runs.
• Assist in maintaining the organization of digital assets within the design department.

• Proven experience with embroidery digitizing software such as Wilcom, Hatch, or similar tools. Specifically, Home Treasures uses both Wilcom and Base Pac by ZSK software.
• Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for precision in design execution.
