Overview

An award-winning architectural design consultancy in Dublin, are seeking to recruit a Senior level Architect (RIAI / RIBA) to join the team.

In this role, you will take the lead and manage a range of projects across various sectors including residential, commercial, educational, civic, retail, aviation, and industrial.

The successful Architect will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects in compliance with current industry regulations. Full proficiency in Revit is essential, along with holding full eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver wide ranging projects across a varying project portfolio
  • Deliver projects through to completion, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements
  • Manage projects through each phase of development including site inspections, coordination with contractors, responding to RFIs and supporting contract administration.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, encouraging a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Utilise your strong technical knowledge and design skills to contribute to the successful delivery of projects
  • Registered Architect holding RIAI or RIBA membership (essential)
  • 10 years+ experience across a variety of project types
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current industry regulations and codes
  • Strong design and technical skills, with full proficiency in Revit
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Proven success managing projects, coordinating with all stakeholders and supporting the team to ensure project delivery
  • Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
