As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Interior Design Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

The Interior Design Project Manager will oversee multiple luxury design projects from concept through completion, ensuring seamless execution while maintaining our firm's high standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Client & Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, architects, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure design integrity is maintained.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, invoices, schedules, and client updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers and support staff to execute design concepts seamlessly.
  • Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in interior design project management, preferably in the luxury design sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes preferred but can be trained.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Ability to work with DESIGN SMART SOFTWARE.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—must be confident in liaising with high-end clientele and industry professionals.
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt to shifting project demands.
  • Strong ability to create vendor and contractor relationships.
  • Passion for luxury interior design and an eye for detail.
