As a Project Architect, you’ll lead projects from schematic design through construction documents, serve as a key client contact, and collaborate closely with consultants and construction teams to create thoughtful, detail-driven interior spaces.
- Lead large, complex projects and manage all phases of design from schematic design to construction documents.
- Produce complete and accurate interior documentation, including finish plans, schedules, custom millwork drawings, and commercial furniture and fixture plans.
- Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with consulting firms, vendors, and construction teams.
- Ensure technical accuracy and quality across all project deliverables, maintaining high standards of design excellence.
- Mentor junior staff, foster teamwork, and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Minimum of 7 years of architecture/interior design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design; licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred.
- Mastery of Revit and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up, or InDesign is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior design production and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, senior management, and project teams.
