We're a fast-paced, creative studio driven by design, quality, and precision — and we’re looking for a talented Production Manager/Assistant with strong graphic or art design skills to join our team.

Role Summary

This is a hybrid role combining hands-on production with creative graphic design. You’ll help turn client concepts into stunning large-format visuals — preparing artwork, operating print equipment, and ensuring quality from start to finish. You’ll work directly with the studio owner and help keep production smooth and efficient.

Core Responsibilities

• Print Production (65%) – Operate large-format printers, laminators, and plotters; handle print finishing and light installations.
• Graphic Design (15%) – Prep client artwork, adjust templates, review proofs, and make graphics print-ready.
• Inventory & Maintenance (10%) – Manage supplies and perform basic equipment upkeep.
• Studio Support (10%) – Assist with deliveries, packaging, and general upkeep.

Secondary Tasks

• Vehicle and site measurements
• Small-format installs (wall/window/vehicle graphics)
• Shipping and delivery of finished jobs
• Use of Core Bridge software for estimates & orders

What We’re Looking For

• Strong design sense and creative eye
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Detail-oriented and focused on quality control
• Team player with solid communication and time management
• Able to lift 50 lbs and manage active production tasks
• Bonus: 2+ years in graphic design, print production, or signage
• Bonus:
  Degree or training in design, art, or visual communications

Compensation & Benefits

• $15–$25/hour based on experience

Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
