Please note, this is not a remote job, requiring in‑person attendance at our state‑of‑the‑art dental facility located centrally for convenience.

As a Registered Dental Assistant with Elite Dental Wellness, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental professionals, ensuring a comfortable and effective environment for both staff and patients.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist dentists and dental hygienists during a variety of treatment procedures, including but not limited to exams, cleanings, and surgeries.
- Set up and sterilize instruments before procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready and properly laid out.
- Take dental radiographs (x-rays) as instructed.
- Help in the management of medical and dental emergencies when necessary.
- Maintain dental equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s directions and hygiene standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the treatment areas and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to regulations and safety standards in all aspects of dental operations.
- Provide patients with information and education on oral hygiene, pre‑op, and post‑op care instructions.
- Certification in an accredited dental assisting program.
- Current dental assistant license and radiography certification.
- Proven surgical experience in dental settings, offering support during various procedures.
- Experience in endodontics, particularly in assisting with root canal procedures.
- In‑depth knowledge of and experience in assisting with dental implant procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to construct dental temporaries.
- Experienced in taking impressions and adjustments for dentures and partials.
- Experience with Invisalign or similar orthodontic aligner systems.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and team collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both patients and team members.
- Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment while maintaining quality standards and patient satisfaction.
