Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator who is also a RDA to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring patients understand their treatment options, feel supported in their decisions, and are guided seamlessly through the financial and scheduling aspects of their care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and explain treatment plans and financing options to patients.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care.
  • Ensure patients fully understand proposed treatment, benefits, and risks.
  • Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to optimize patient experience.
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements.
  • Follow up on pending treatments and reactivation of inactive patients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in Dentrix Ascend.
  • Assist in dental procedures with the office is busy or when required.
  • Is able to take x-rays and help with sterilization and preparing the operatories when needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of dental office experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance.
  • Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
