Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Knowledge of dental insurances
Master the ins and outs of dental insurance
Utilize Open Dental software like a pro
Deliver top-notch customer service that leaves a lasting impression
Schedule patients with ease and efficiency
Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient
Ensure smooth and friendly patient checkouts
Audit patient accounts with precision
Stay on top of treatment plans, follow-ups, and patient cancellations to keep everything running smoothly
Lead the day-to-day operations
Focus on creating a positive, efficient, and well-organized environment, including staff scheduling, ongoing training, and performance development
Keep the office fully stocked and running smoothly
Manage inventory and build strong relationships with vendors for dental supplies and equipment
Champion health and safety standards
Ensure full compliance with regulations and maintain top-tier infection control practices
Address patient concerns with care and professionalism
Strive for quick resolutions that leave patients feeling valued and heard
Collaborate seamlessly with dentists and the clinical team
Drive the office towards meeting and exceeding production and efficiency goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and success
Experience:
- Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required)
- Dental office manager: 1 year (Required)
- Dental terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Treatment Planner: 1 year (Required)
