For over 35 years we have provided a superior product, service, and the best possible outcome for every child with cranial asymmetry. We are the leading provider of Head Band Therapy used to treat plagiocephaly in infants.

This full‑time position offers an opportunity to practice in a variety of Cranial Technologies locations across the United States. As a clinician you will treat infants with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with Ear Well®. Pediatricians and parents regard our clinicians as experts in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and related conditions.

• Travel to any state where Cranial Technologies has a clinic (currently 32 states, expanding).
• Travel typically occurs Monday afternoon/evening; work in the clinic Tuesday–Friday and fly home Friday afternoon/evening, returning home every Saturday and Sunday.
• Travel weekly, either to a local clinic or to another state; preferred candidates are close to a major airport.
• Receive paid travel expenses and a per diem; no personal travel costs.
• Work with new teammates each week, building relationships across the company.
• Take over a caseload from another clinician, meeting new families constantly.

• Certified Orthotist.
• Preferred:
  Background in pediatrics; not required as formal training is provided.
• Experience with PT or OT knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant development is advantageous.

• Visible, measurable changes in two to three weeks.

• Pay range: $90,000 - $100,000 plus additional travel bonus; dependent on tenure and experience.
