Overview

Location: North Houston, TX 77068
Type: Full-Time | In-Office (Not Remote)

Seeking a Project Mentor to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will support K-12 school food service customers as they onboard and implement our software solutions. You will work closely with school administrators and internal teams to ensure customers successfully adopt the platform and have a smooth implementation experience. Most customer collaboration and project coordination is conducted virtually.

Responsibilities
  • Guide customers through the software onboarding and implementation process
  • Configure systems and support customers during initial setup and validation
  • Coordinate with school food service administrators to prepare data imports and track implementation progress
  • Maintain project details and milestones using project management tools
  • Host virtual customer meetings to review progress and next steps
  • Provide phone and email support while documenting customer interactions
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful customer outcomes

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer implementation, onboarding, customer success, or related roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in project management, coordinating/ tracking software implementation
  • Experience working with K-12 schools or school child nutrition programs
  • Familiarity with data imports, system configuration, or SaaS onboarding
