Group Reservation Coordinator

The Hilton Americas-Houston, a premier event destination in downtown Houston, connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center via skywalk is looking to add a group reservations coordinator to their team! This is a fantastic entry‑level opportunity to get your foot in the door within the hotel industry and grow your career with Hilton!

• Monday–Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm

• Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements.
• Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office.
• Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers.
• Coordinates and implements department activities and projects.
• Provides clerical support and assistance to management.

• 1+ years of customer services experience
• Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge
