Gym Receptionist​/Sales Associate

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-driven Gym Receptionist / Sales Associate to be the face of our facility. This role is perfect for someone who loves fitness, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll handle front desk operations while actively supporting membership sales and retention.

• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival
• Check members in and assist with general inquiries
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage basic administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Handle guest passes, amenity bookings, and scheduling support
• Promote and sell gym memberships and retail items
• Provide tours and confidently explain gym equipment and amenities
• Assist with new member onboarding and retention efforts
• Process payments and account updates accurately

• Use gym management software and POS systems
• Enforce gym policies and safety guidelines professionally
• Communicate member feedback or issues to management
• Support special promotions, events, and marketing initiatives

• Passion for fitness and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and POS software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
