Job Description
An employer is seeking a Customer Care Specialists in Houston, Texas to join their team of 8 people. They will be responsible for assisting people with the registration process and entering those records into Salesforce. They will also assist with incoming phone calls and tracking to the correct registration group. Ideally, this person will be familiar with Excel since reports will be exported from Salesforce to Excel to sort information.
Their time will be split 50/50 between phones and email support. They will also help support multiple ongoing special projects. This role will be hybrid with 1-2 days in the office, with the other days being remote from home, the schedule is from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with an occasional Saturday depending on special project events.
This will start out as a 6 month contract, with the possibility of going permanent.

- Great written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Basic Computer Skills
