Position: SW Houston: Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish)

What You'll Do

* Greet and tour prospective residents around the community

* Lease available apartment homes and complete paperwork

* Provide excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns

* Support marketing efforts and resident events

* Perform light administrative tasks (phones, filing, coffee, etc.)

What You'll Need

* Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English

* 6+ months of leasing experience in multifamily housing

* Familiarity with Property Management software (Yardi, One Site, Blue Moon, etc.)

* Knowledge of Fair Housing laws

* Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
