Position: Customer Service Representative for Logistics

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR LOGISTICS

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for Logistics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the transportation and warehousing industry. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Your main goal will be to build strong relationships with our clients and to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
  • Experience in the transportation and warehousing industry
  • Familiarity with logistics software and systems
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
Skills:

As a Customer Service Representative for Logistics, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our clients.
