Customer Service Representative (Personal Lines)

Location: Houston, Texas (Hybrid after training)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated team player and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering an outstanding client experience through responsive service, effective problem resolution, and proactive communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, text and/or email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide policy education and guidance to clients
  • Process policy changes, payments, renewals, and endorsements
  • Assist clients with billing questions and coverage updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience
  • Resolve client concerns with a high level of care and attention

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of
    personal lines insurance experience required
  • Active Texas P&C or General Lines Insurance License required
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in client management or agency management systems
  • Applied Epic experience highly preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
