• Be the first and finest point of contact for our clients responding to inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and precision.
• Understand our complex services (like CFD modeling, physical testing, and custom hardware solutions) and translate them into clear, helpful communication.
• Manage support tickets, emails, and occasional live chats to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly resolutions.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, and Business Development teams to solve client issues and enhance their experience.
• Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest ways we can improve your voice will matter here.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.

• 2+ years experience in a Customer Service, Client Success, or Account Management role (B2B or technical industry experience is a major plus).
• A natural communicator you can explain highly technical topics in a way that clients easily understand.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership.
• Professional, friendly, and relentlessly reliable.
