As a Café Ambassador, you will be at the heart of the Capital One community, introducing café goers and customers to our best‑in‑class services, creating memorable experiences, and driving brand awareness at our cafés. • Bring the Café experience and our brand to life by creating an inclusive environment where all customers and team members feel welcome.
• Proactively engage with customers and the community in all areas of the Café, helping with tech challenges, showcasing services, and discussing financial journeys.
• Guide customers through goal setting and advocate for better financial literacy through discovery and Capital One resources.
• Work as a team player with energized Ambassadors, inspiring teammates as you are inspired.
• Stay curious, adaptable, and commit to learning and growth through self‑development.
• Continually learn new digital and technical skills.
• Partner with local businesses, nonprofits, charities, and the Engagement team to plan events inside and outside the Café.
• Volunteer in the community and advocate for financial literacy.

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.

• Associate’s degree.
• 2+ years of retail or customer‑facing experience.
• Proficient in G‑Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Salary (Houston, TX): $47,840 - $55,016 per year for full‑time Café Ambassadors.
