I opened my agency in 2020 after serving in the military and then transitioning into sales, experiences that shaped my leadership style and strong work ethic. I was born and raised in Houston and am a proud Texas A&M supporter. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, especially taking cruises, and my kids are now in college. Our team includes six members, and we’ve built an environment that values accountability, connection, and enjoying the journey together.
We stay involved in the community by supporting local high school boosters, clubs, and nearby elementary schools. Inside the office, we keep things fun and motivating with frequent contests, bonuses, flexibility, and paid licensing. We’re looking for someone with a solid work ethic who enjoys being part of a team, working hard, and having fun both in and out of the office.
DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Troy Hooper - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
