X Health is seeking Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Care Representative to join our team! This role focuses on weight loss and clinical care, offering meaningful work in a supportive and dynamic environment.

• Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Two weeks of paid on-site training.

• Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments in the EHR system.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and routing with accuracy and care.
• Document all communications in the CRM platform.
• Provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 1+ year of high-volume call center experience
• Experience with CRM or EHR software (minimum one year)
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and good judgment
• Must pass a routine criminal background check
