• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a smile (yes, customers can hear it!)
• Help customers schedule their appointments quickly and easily
• Share information about our services and answer product questions
• Keep notes organized and accurate in our system
• Use your problem‑solving skills to make every call a great experience

• You bring great energy and a positive attitude to every call
• You’re comfortable using scripts for guidance
• You communicate clearly and professionally — and love helping others
• You’re reliable, punctual, and ready to grow with a team that values you
• Flexibility to work different days/shifts — we’re open 7 days a week

• $16–$17/hr starting pay
