** What You'll Be Doing
** This position is responsible for all aspects of customer service; receiving and processing orders, direct communication with our customers, follow up and problem solve orders when necessary, and provide efficient and professional service to our customers.
* Receive and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Respond to customer inquiries professionally, directing them appropriately when needed.
* Manage incoming calls, communicate order confirmations, and update customers on order status.
* Enter customer and job data into JWS and coordinate deliveries with freight carriers for optimal efficiency.
* Collaborate with customers, drivers, Sales, and Plant personnel; provide after-hours support as needed, including during inclement weather.
* Shift

Hours:

Monday - Friday 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM and rotational Saturdays 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

*** Bilingual in Spanish; customer service and sales experience preferred.
* Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
* Proficiency in Windows-based programs, JWS, and SAP systems.
* Knowledge of aggregates or construction materials helpful.
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or additional training preferred.
** Work Environment
** This role is based in an office setting within an aggregates operation. It may require occasional visits to plant or site locations. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers.
** Physical Demands of the Job
*** Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or desk.
* Occasional walking on uneven surfaces during site visits.
* May require lifting or carrying office supplies or small packages (up to 25 lbs).
* Use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
* Visual and auditory ability to respond to customer inquiries and communicate effectively.
