The Position

The Client Service Associate provides support to both clients and advisors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and genuinely engaging – someone who builds trust and rapport over the phone and ensures clients are taken care of at every step.

Position Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing service and operational support to advisors and their clients.
  • Gather client-submitted financial documents and statements.
  • Organize and review relevant financial data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage plan implementation, coordinating with advisors and clients to ensure all actions are completed efficiently.
  • Prepare and process account opening paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Guide clients through the account transition process, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding items to complete onboarding promptly.
  • Update and maintain client data in relationship management and reporting systems.
  • Process client requests for transactions, distributions, and account maintenance.
  • Prepare plan/account updates for client meetings.
  • Respond to client inquiries.
  • Perform other services or operational duties, as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Grasp of financial services concepts, including investments, retirement accounts, annuities & insurance, etc.
  • Experience with CRM preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and overall comfort with using technology.
