POSITION SUMMARY:Performs a variety of guest service-related duties and assists with the general operation of the Carousel.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:- Ensure the safety of guests on and around the carousel
- Operate, maintain, and clean the carousel and surrounding area
- Performing daily safety train, rails, and carousel
- Maintaining daily work records, including safety reports and attendance records
- Provide world-class customer service
- Communicate to guests and team members professionally, both in writing and verbally
- Answer phone and provide accurate answers to customer questions
- Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively
- Additional tasks assigned by management
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience preferred
- Work responsibilities will be performed on or around a carousel, within a recreational or retail facility
- May be indoors or outdoors
- This position can involve sitting, standing, walking, running, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
