• Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns or needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service processes and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
