Job SummaryWe are seeking a Part-Time, Seasonal Support staff member to assist our team during peak periods. As a Support staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Duties- Data Entry
- Assist with mailings
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- General clerical duties such as filling, typing letters, and sending emails
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
