Designer, Creative Design ​/ Digital Art, Graphic Designer

You are a Designer  best part? Our Design Department works across a wide range of clients and projects, everything from core brand identity to ad campaigns to full digital products and experiences. We love the craft, great typography, thoughtful color, and the details that make good design great.

• Concept, ideate, edit, and design assets for social media posts, e-commerce platform content
• Passionate about design and driven to solve problems through visual craft
• Work with a team to take an project from brief, to concept,
• to final execution
• Thrives in collaborating with writers and art directors
• Is an expert in interpreting the teams thinking and can create multiple ways to bring the ideas to life visually
• There is a love and hate relationship with grids, and you know when it s appropriate to use or abandon the grid to make work that evokes a feeling
• Thrive with feedback and seek collaboration to push our work and thinking to the next level

• Present work with passion, clarity, and help our clients focus their feedback on the right things by focusing your narrative on the decisions you made based on the clients brief

• Able to work out of our Houston office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Have an opinion on the shape of modern design and can execute with limited input from those around you
• Experience as a graphic designer - you love design and are super good at it
• UI/UX experience and understanding of best practices
• Know how design and creativity fit into web, mobile-web, mobile-apps, 3D and animation
• Ability to solve end to end visual problems and build scalable design systems
• Fluent in social media formats and design aesthetics

Compensation Range is: $60,000 to $85,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
