Overview

We’re looking for a creative and story-driven Multimedia Producer to join our SEO & Content Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the SEO & Content Marketing leader and cross-functional partners. The Multimedia Producer (Content Creator) develops compelling visual and multimedia content that supports brand storytelling, customer engagement, and digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role specializes in video production, editing, social-first content ideation, and developing multimedia assets that enhance SEO, content strategy, and interactive digital experiences.

The ideal candidate has proven experience creating content for social platforms, a strong visual portfolio or personal creator following, and comfort working with video editing and AI‑enabled production tools. This role collaborates closely with SEO, Content, Creative, and Social teams to bring concepts to life through high‑quality multimedia execution.

Responsibilities
  • Produce high‑quality short‑form and long‑form video content that supports brand education, storytelling, and social engagement.
  • Shoot and edit customer stories, how‑to videos, product explainers, and educational energy content.
  • Create social‑first content tailored to platform behaviors, trends, and audience expectations.
  • Support development of multimedia elements for interactive content such as quizzes, tools, and engagement‑driven modules.
  • Collaborate with SEO & Content teams to incorporate insights, keywords, and customer trends into multimedia execution.
  • Use AI video tools and editing platforms to increase efficiency and content output.
  • Maintain production schedules and manage logistics for video shoots.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and accessibility standards.
  • Support cross‑department storytelling needs as new initiatives arise.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of demonstrated experience producing video or multimedia content with a strong portfolio.
  • Experience creating content for social platforms with proven engagement or following.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or AI video tools).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience producing content for brands or multi‑channel environments.
  • Familiarity with SEO‑informed visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of social platform analytics.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong visual storytelling and editing skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative, curious, and deeply aware of social and multimedia trends.
Working Conditions
  • Hybrid 4 days/week in the Houston office.
  • Open office environment.
  • Requires onsite filming and occasional travel depending on project needs.
  • Occasional overtime as needed.
