Account Executive

Ideal for a polished, media-savvy professional ready to lead accounts and be the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients. You’ll drive strategy, secure coverage, and serve as a trusted partner to the brands we represent.

• Lead assigned client accounts as the main point of contact.
• Develop and execute strategic PR plans, pitches, and media campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.
• Secure consistent media placements across print, digital, and broadcast outlets.
• Lead client communication including calls, reporting, and presentations.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging PR opportunities and trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of PR agency or in-house communications experience with proven media placement success.
• Strong client-facing presence, strategic thinking, and excellent writing and pitching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility accounts with confidence.
• Deep understanding of the Houston media landscape and experience with lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, or consumer brands is a plus.
