The ideal candidate is a strong creative thinker with a proven ability to deliver clean, effective, and on-brand design. You'll be expected to contribute both strategically and tactically—supporting social media growth, creating compelling visual assets, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role for someone who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop visually compelling content for:
- Social media (static graphics, carousels, light animation)
- Email campaigns and digital newsletters
- Internal and external PowerPoint presentations
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to execute cohesive campaigns
- Support the visual aspect of social media strategy and planning
- Translate business objectives and complex concepts into engaging visuals
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work
- 8–10 years of experience in graphic and digital design
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
- Advanced PowerPoint design skills (templates, animations, formatting)
- Experience with social media content creation and platform-specific best practices
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and digital branding
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team
- Experience contributing to social media growth and engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with basic web design principles (HTML/CSS not required)
- Motion graphics or light video editing capabilities
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot)
- A seasoned designer with the ability to think strategically and execute at a high level
- Someone who can work independently, take initiative, and contribute from day one
- A strong collaborator who can align creative work with business and marketing objectives
- A detail-oriented professional who understands both brand consistency and platform-specific best practices
- A creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas while staying grounded in proven design principles
