We’re partnering with a leading oil and gas company on an exciting training transformation initiative, and our learning team is growing.
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Artist to create engaging digital media that supports training for field technicians working with heavy equipment. As part of the team, you’ll use your skills and digital tools to design high-quality visuals and animations that make complex machinery and operational procedures easy to understand through eLearning.
Key Responsibilities- Understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with branding and style guidelines.
- Develop motion graphics or animations for videos, reels, and interactive media.
- Create high-quality graphics, including but not limited to equipment cut-aways, animations of equipment in service, process flow diagrams, infographics, and technical illustrations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and following document management standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, instructional designers, eLearning developers, and other artists.
- Implement feedback from subject matter experts and team members, revising work as needed.
Continuous recruitment to support ongoing needs; individual start dates will be determined based on project requirements.

Experience Required- A degree or certification in graphic design or a related field.
- Extensive experience creating graphics, illustrations, and 2D/3D models for training materials.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD); must provide own laptop and software licenses.
- Ability to work exclusively on a PC throughout the project is required.
- Experience with Cinema 4D is desirable; familiarity with Blender or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience designing graphics for heavy industry equipment training; hydrocarbon processing industry desirable.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline is preferred.
- Strong conceptual skills to translate ideas into visual storytelling.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight project deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
