We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Multimedia Content Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role blends content strategy with execution, focusing on photography, videography, editing, and visual storytelling to elevate Ezee Fiber’s brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, experience producing high‑quality photo and video content, and familiarity with AI‑driven content creation tools. This position requires someone who can think strategically about content while remaining deeply involved in the creative process.

The Multimedia Content Specialist will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and cross‑functional teams to develop engaging content for digital, social, and traditional channels. This is a unique opportunity for a creative professional with 2–5 years of experience who is ambitious, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment.

• Develop and execute multimedia content strategies that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Capture and produce high‑quality photography and videography for campaigns, social media, and internal initiatives.
• Edit videos and photos to create polished, compelling content for multiple platforms.
• Utilize AI‑powered tools to enhance content creation and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to brainstorm and plan creative concepts for campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
• Design basic graphics and visual elements to support marketing materials.
• Ensure all content reflects Ezee Fiber’s brand voice and visual identity.
• Stay current on trends in multimedia production, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field is preferred but not required – design training is more important.
• 2–5 years of experience in multimedia content creation (photo, video, editing).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong photography and videography skills with an understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling.
• Graphic design and animation skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with AI‑driven content creation tools used in marketing.
• Ability to balance creative vision with strategic objectives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices.
• Exposure to marketing strategy and campaign planning.
• Comfortable working in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.

While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to communicate effectively, operate cameras and editing equipment, and remain in a stationary position for portions of the workday. Occasional travel for onsite shoots or events may be required.
