Base Salary up to $150,000 + Bonus up to 25%
We’re partnering with an ENR Top 100 General Contractor to hire an experienced Senior Estimator to join their growing Houston team.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading preconstruction efforts from concept through GMP
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and bid packages
- Managing subcontractor outreach and scope reviews
- Collaborating closely with operations, design teams, and ownership
- Supporting strategic pursuits and contributing to win strategies
- Strong background in commercial construction estimating
- Experience with negotiated work and hard bids
- Ability to lead estimates independently
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
