DIHO Consulting USA and its construction partneris a leading construction company that specializes in tiltwall construction projects. We are seeking skilled and experienced Tiltwall Construction Operators to join our team full time.

As a Tiltwall Construction Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery and equipment used in the construction of tiltwall structures. This includes but is not limited to cranes, forklifts, and other specialized equipment. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently move and position tiltwall panels and other materials on the construction site.

• Operate heavy machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure proper placement of tiltwall panels
• Use rigging equipment to lift and position tiltwall panels and other materials
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate placement of panels
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to the supervisor
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery and equipment, preferably in tiltwall construction
• Valid operator's license for relevant equipment preferred
• Knowledge of construction plans and specifications
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and on a flexible schedule
• Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols
