• 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience required
• Must be well tenured with demonstrated stability in prior roles
• Proven experience leading full-cycle estimates from conceptual budgeting through GMP
• Strong subcontractor relationships within the Houston market preferred
• Experience in one or more of the following project types:
• Commercial office and corporate interiors
• Healthcare and medical facilities
• Retail and mixed‑use developments
• Light industrial and distribution facilities
• Education and institutional projects
• Ability to perform detailed quantity takeoffs and scope leveling independently
• Experience mentoring junior estimators or leading preconstruction efforts preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to participate in client presentations
• Proficiency in estimating software and cost management tools
