This role will focus on core building surveying and project management duties to Tuath's stock including property inspections, regulatory compliance, technical due diligence and health & safety matters to residential properties.
Core Duties Building Surveying- Defect Analysis inspections and reports.
- Building Inspection and Snagging Reports.
- Fire Safety Assessments and Risk Assessments.
- Energy Improvement Programmes.
- Procurement and contract administration duties.
- Overseeing repair, planned and cyclical works projects.
- Technical support on adaptation requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams on property, compliance and regulatory matters.
- Liaising with OMC's, Local Authorities, Residents and other stakeholders.
- Provision of detailed professional reports.
- Level 7 Qualification in Building Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 Years' Experience in a Similar Role.
- Full clean Driving Licence and use of a car.
- A strong understanding of building pathology.
- Experience in diagnosing and managing repairs to domestic buildings.
- Familiar with the Technical Guidance Documents and building compliance.
- A sound knowledge of contract management and working to procurement regulations.
- Proactive and Solution-Orientated.
- Organised with an attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of skills on Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
