Construction Project Administrator

We are hiring a Construction Project Administrator to support one of our most prestigious industrial/energy accounts in Houston, TX
. This role works directly with the Project Manager to coordinate documentation, scheduling, reporting, and vendor communication to keep construction projects on track.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional with strong Procore and project coordination experience.

• Maintain project documentation, logs, and action item tracking
• Coordinate project meetings and record meeting minutes
• Support project scheduling, reporting, and bid/proposal processes
• Track risks, issues, and project progress
• Manage technical documentation and project closeout activities
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of construction project administration, estimating, or construction management experience
• Hands-on experience with Procore
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)
• Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Experience in industrial or energy sector projects preferred
