About the Role-Step into a critical role at the center of our contractual and insurance operations. As part of the Contracts & Insurance team, you’ll ensure every agreement, policy, and compliance requirement supports our projects safely, smoothly, and strategically.
This role is all about precision—reviewing contracts, managing insurance programs, maintaining subcontractor compliance, and supporting timely, accurate documentation across the construction lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to keep risk low, contracts tight, and coverage aligned with industry and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities1. Insurance & Bond Management
- Manage all company insurance activities, including policy renewals, audits, builder’s risk reporting, and project‑specific coverage.
- Oversee bonding processes for customers and subcontractors, including reporting, forecasting, and closeouts.
- Request, review, and process credit references and applications related to insurance and bonding.
- Review, negotiate, and refine customer and subcontractor contracts, master agreements, and bid documentation.
- Ensure all contracts meet legal requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain contract‑related documentation and ensure timely execution and compliance.
- Support Safety Department operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of safety programs that reduce incidents and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Coordinate legal claims and disputes, including tracking attorney invoices and associated costs.
- Conduct subcontractor risk assessments utilizing Compass and related tools.
- Verify insurance requirements, HUB certificates, and prequalification packets.
- Monitor ongoing compliance; process waivers and exceptions in collaboration with business managers and insurance partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for subcontractor insurance, compliance, and risk inquiries.
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping for insurance, contracts, waivers, and claims.
- Approve related invoices and verify alignment with compliance and insurance requirements.
- Follow up on vendor setup, credit applications, and required documentation for contract execution.
