Single-Family Luxury Home Renovation Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee an interior and exterior remodel of a high-end single-family residence in Houston. This role is responsible for managing all phases of construction and renovation, coordinating and oversighting subcontractors, ensuring quality craftsmanship, maintaining schedules/timelines, adhering to the budget provided, receiving and inventorying all materials, and serving as the primary liaison between the Owner and Subcontractors.
Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience (10 year minimum) with high-end residential finishes, strong blueprint-reading skills, and a proven portfolio of completed projects.

Requirements- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working in a fully onsite construction environment
