My client, a highly reputable General contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background delivering ground-up education projects
. This is an opportunity to lead impactful K-12 and/or higher education builds from site development through closeout
-Based in Houston, TX

• 15+ years of experience working as a Superintendent
• Extensive experience delivering ground-up education projects (K-12 and/or higher education)
• Proven track record working directly for a General Contractor
• Strong leadership and field management capabilities
• Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, site safety, and quality control
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects, and inspectors
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
• Manage subcontractors and enforce project schedules
• Maintain strict safety standards and conduct regular site meetings
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes
• Drive quality control and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal leadership
