What an Offer Would Look Like
- Competitive Salary – $130,000 to $160,000
- Location: Houston, TX
- Discretionary Bonus & RSU Program
- Truck Allowance + Mileage Reimbursement

- Stable pipeline of upcoming projects
- 7+ years estimating experience with a Commercial General Contracto
- Project Background in Light Industrial/ distribution / warehouse construction projects
- Aviation project exposure is a major plus
- (Prefer to stay away from primarily schools, retail, government, or transportation backgrounds)
- Runs estimates independently from conceptual through GMP
- Communicates proactively with operations and leadership
- Builds subcontractor coverage and owns scope
- We are targeting a true preconstruction-minded Senior Estimator
, not a takeoff-only role.
- Growing mid-sized commercial/industrial builder with repeat clients and specialized project types with a focus on industrial and aviation-related construction work.
- $400+ Million of project backlog within the aviation, warehouse, and PEMB construction fronts
- This Senior Estimator will support multiple upcoming projects and act as a key part of the preconstruction process — working directly with leadership and operations to develop reliable budgets and manage workload.
- Travel is occasional and project dependent (1-2 days out of the month)
- Conceptual budgeting through detailed estimating
- Subcontractor outreach and scope coverage
- Bid leveling and proposal development
- Value engineering and constructability review
- Coordination with project management and leadership
