Senior Estimator – Commercial & Government Construction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support preconstruction efforts for commercial construction projects in both the public and private sectors. This role is with a General Contractor and focuses on renovation and ground‑up projects ranging from $5M to $30M
.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial and government projects
• Perform estimating across all CSI divisions
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor bids
• Support bid strategy, value engineering, and scope reviews
• Collaborate closely with project management and leadership during preconstruction
• Mentor and support junior members of the estimating team
• Ensure compliance with all public‑sector bidding requirements

• Minimum 7 years of estimating experience with a commercial General Contractor
• Proven experience estimating projects valued $5M–$30M
• Background in both public (government) and private‑sector construction
• Experience with renovation and ground‑up construction projects
• Familiarity with CSP, Design‑Build, and CMAR delivery methods
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
• Proficiency with estimating and takeoff tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, Plan Swift, or similar
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
