Site Manager - Main Contractor

Role: Site Manager Client: Main Contractor Location: Greater Dublin Sector: New build Commercial & Residential Essentials: Proven experience as Site Manager delivering new build large-scale projects; minimum 7 years’ post-qualification experience; main building contractor experience preferred.
Benefits: €80,000 - €90,000; company vehicle or travel allowance; company laptop and mobile phone; pension; life insurance and income protection;

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities, including direct labour and specialist subcontractors.

• Support the Project Team in monitoring progress and achieving agreed programme milestones.

• Ensure all works are delivered in line with quality standards, drawings, and specifications.

• Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times.

• Coordinate closely with the supply chain and subcontractors to promote a positive, collaborative site culture.

• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain productivity and quality.
