We are seeking an experienced traveling Construction Superintendent with a strong background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and ground‑up bank construction. This hands‑on leadership role demands a professional who excels in fast‑paced environments, manages multiple projects, and consistently delivers safe, high‑quality construction on schedule and within budget.

• Lead ground‑up construction projects from pre‑construction through final completion.
• Supervise all on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, maintaining clear communication with clients, architects, and project teams.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures, maintaining a zero‑incident work environment.
• Travel to multiple project locations as required, providing consistent leadership and oversight.

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in QSR and ground‑up bank construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive productivity on multiple sites.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with construction schedules, budgeting, and quality control procedures.
• Willingness to travel across TX.
• Ability to work hands‑on and lead by example in the field.
