Roofing Service Sales Representative

Centi Mark Corporation is North America's largest commercial roofing contractor with over 100 locations. We provide commercial roofing services, including roof replacement, repairs, maintenance, emergency service, inspections, snow removal, and roof safety accessories.

We are currently seeking a Roofing Service Sales Representative to join our Sales Team in the greater Houston area. The role involves developing estimates, generating proposals, and growing our business.

• Work with existing customers and opportunities generated through our National Accounts division.
• Market through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects.
• Schedule subsequent client office visits as needed; prepare progress reports for management.
• Visit client facilities, build business relationships, and present information about Centi Mark Corporation.

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required.
• Experienced roofing estimators, building inspectors, construction estimators, and roofing superintendents are encouraged to apply.
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
• Experience in growing market share.

Year‑end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) ranges from $100 k to $150 k.
